Finalizing the plan and investment

Here we refine the design and bring the details together. Material selections, fixtures, and finishes are finalized, and a detailed cost estimate is prepared.

Once everything is reviewed and approved, we finalize the construction contract and prepare to move into the building phase.

Preparing everything behind the scenes

With the contract in place, we handle all required permits, approvals, and final engineering as needed. This phase ensures your project is fully approved and ready for construction.

Construction begins with active project management and ongoing communication. We coordinate trades, manage timelines, and oversee quality at every stage.

You’ll receive regular updates as your home or renovation takes shape.

Finishing strong and standing behind our work

As construction wraps up, we complete a detailed walkthrough, address any final items, and perform a final clean. You’ll receive all final documentation, including lien waivers, and we’ll review your warranty and ongoing support.
