2020 Homes is a family owned and operated business serving both Santa Rosa & Escambia County since 2013. Jeff & Shannon set out to create a legacy rooted in faith and family, while keeping craftsmanship and design top of mind. Hannah joined her family in the day to day operations in 2024. She has a natural eye for design, and an enterprenurial spirit. 
Jeff & Justin worked side by side for years as VP of Construction and Division Manager for a large local homebuilder. In 2025, they came back together to grow the 2020 Homes vision. Sarah, Justin's wife and business partner, also joined the team. She brings her passion for branding and marketing and her excitement for design to the team.

    Jeff Michaud

    FOUNDER & CEO

    With four decades of construction experience, Jeff founded 2020 Homes in 2013 with a vision rooted in craftsmanship and integrity. A U.S. Navy veteran, he brings discipline and leadership to every project, with a heart for custom touches that make each home as unique as the family living in it.

    FOUNDER & VISIONARY

    Shannon brings a strong entrepreneurial background to 2020 Homes, having co-owned and operated a successful salon while managing a large team. With an intuitive understanding of design, she gravitates toward classic, timeless, and functional spaces, drawing inspiration from relaxed Palm Beach–inspired style.

    Justin Davis

    OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

    With a career in construction dating back to 2001, Justin oversees day-to-day operations, estimating, and systems that keep projects running efficiently. His technical expertise and process-driven mindset ensure each build stays organized, accurate, and on track.

    Sarah leads the brand and marketing vision for 2020 Homes, guiding the company into its next phase of growth.
